What is SUS 301 CSP?

A material which can be further hardened via machining created by reducing the chromium and nickel content of SUS 304.

Features

Austenitic. Because it offers a good balance of mechanical characteristics, it is the most widely used material.

low temperature annealing

  • Spring stainless steel plate can be used even as a temper rolled material but low temperature annealing (tempering) at around 400℃ after parts manufacturing is recommended when a stronger springiness is needed.
  • Low temperature annealing conditions: Normally 1 to 2 hours heating at 400° to 420℃ (treating at 200° to 450℃ for a suitable amount of time is also possible depending on product performance, facilities, and work conditions).
